Cum Laude from Boston University in 1977 and attended the
University of Bridgeport School of Law. He is a member of the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Early in his
career David trained under his father, Irving M. Gorbach, who
founded Colonial Realty in 1954. David's extensive experience
and knowledge of the market has enabled him to sell and lease
in excess of 8,000,000 square feet of space during his career.
