the past 35 years, Joel has been involved with all facets of
commercial real estate brokerage and consultation. His expertise in
real estate was built on a solid foundation developed from 15 years
as a professional in the fields of accounting and finance. Since
1988 Joel has been a Director for the Bridgeport Economic
Development Corp. and a member of the Regional Business Council.
