Directions to Colonial Realty using I-95 North:

• I-95 North to Exit 23 - Kings Highway, get into the right lane.

• Turn Right at 2nd light onto Grasmere Avenue (Home Depot will be in front of you to the right).

• Follow Grasmere Avenue to the Post Road.

• Turn left onto the Post Road.

• Our building is the first office building on the left (2 Post Road). Colonial Realty is on the 2nd Floor.

Directions to Colonial Realty using I-95 South:

• I-95 South to Exit 23 - Kings Highway.

• Turn left at the traffic light (you will be crossing over I-95).

• Turn left at the traffic light and get into right lane.

• Turn right onto Grasmere Avenue (Home Depot will be in front of you to the right)

• Follow Grasmere Avenue to the Post Road.

• Turn left onto the Post Road.

• Our building is the first office building on the left (2 Post Road). Colonial Realty is on the 2nd Floor.
