Colonial Realty of Fairfield announces the following
recent transactions:

Warnaco leased 12,200 square feet of space at 1895 Stratford Avenue, Stratford. They will utilize the space for storage and distribution. David S. Gorbach and Joel Hausman represented the landlord, Carlen LLC.

Radiall Inc. leased 6,825 square feet of space at 300 Long Beach Boulevard, Stratford.  The space will house Radiall’s sales, engineering and logistics operation. Radiall manufacturers Hi-Rel and fiber optic connectors and cable assemblies. 300 Long Beach Boulevard is located within the Stratford Executive Park, an eight building flex development in the Lordship section of Stratford. Total square footage in the park is 425,000 square feet with expansion capability of another 1,000,000 square feet.

Auto Parts International leased 5,000 square feet at 526 Benton Street in Stratford. Auto Parts International has over forty locations throughout the northeast. David S. Gorbach of Colonial Realty represented both landlord and tenant in this transaction.

2,654 square feet of office space at 929 Kings Highway, Fairfield leased to GDC Financial. GDC Financial, established in 1989, specializes in group and individual insurance and investments. David S. Gorbach represented the landlord in the transaction.

Shelton Winnelson leased 2,500 square feet at 600 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton. Shelton Winnelson is a distributor of high-end plumbing fixtures and supplies. David S. Gorbach represented both landlord and tenant in this transaction.
