Colonial Realty of Fairfield negotiates sale of five buildings
totaling in excess of 255,000 sq. ft.

Industrial Land Management LLC
purchased a 79,420 square foot facility on 28 acres located at
211 Brookside Road in Waterbury, Connecticut. The building will
be used for the manufacturing of containers.

KX Industries recently
purchased a 65,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility
at 55 Railroad Avenue in West Haven, Connecticut.

Vernier Inc. purchased a 53,650
square foot building on 12 acres located at 26 Progress Avenue
in Seymour, Connecticut. The acquisition of this facility
reflects expanded operational needs.

CRI Sales purchased a 33,000
square foot warehouse facility located at 95 River Street in
Bridgeport, Connecticut. This purchase increases CRI's presence
in the area to 66,000 square feet.

R. Philips purchased a 24,000
square foot building at 360 Sniffens Lane in Stratford,
Connecticut.
