Service Management Group/Security Services is a leading provider of integrated security and investigative services and is widely recognized as the foremost provider in the region for professionally delivered and managed security and investigative programs. This facility formerly housed the corporate headquarters of AmTech, which relocated to Danbury, Connecticut. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.

Northeast Tool Distributors, LLC has purchased a 13,200 square foot building located at 265 Benton Street in Stratford, Connecticut from Tip Toes, LLC. Northeast Tool Distributors, LLC of Stratford, Connecticut, a major regional supplier of quality automotive tool products and equipment to retailers and independent mobile dealers in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Eastern New York.
