NCM, Inc. leased 12,000 square feet of office/manufacturing space at 32 Railroad Avenue in West Haven, Connecticut.  David S. Gorbach represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

Ury & Moskow, LLC purchased a 9,000 square foot building at 883 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut.  Ury & Moskow relocated from Westport.  The law firm specializes in real estate, personal injury, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and commercial litigation.  David S.
