Casco Products has sub-leased +23,968 square feet of space at One Waterview Drive in Shelton, Connecticut.  Casco Products is the world's leading manufacturer of automobile cigarette lighters and power outlets and is a major global supplier of electronic sensors and related devices in the automotive industry. Color Blends purchased a +13,200 square foot building at 265 Benton Street in Stratford, Connecticut.  Color Blends is an importer of specialty floral bulbs and will be relocating from its present facility in Greenwich, CT.  David S. MassMutual Financial Group leased approximately 8,500 square feet in 2150 Post Road, Fairfield, Connecticut.  MassMutual was founded in 1851 and is ranked #84 on the Fortune 500 list and has been rated as one of the "Most Admired" companies in America.  David S. Invest II leased approximately 1,000 square feet of office space at 1100 Kings Highway East in Fairfield, Connecticut.  Invest II is a major real estate developer in Southern Connecticut.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR and Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty were the brokers in this transaction.

Choice Mobile, LLC leased 1,000 square feet at 200 Tunxis Hill Road in Fairfield, Connecticut.  The sole broker in this transaction was David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty.
