Harold Fischel purchased a 34,000 square foot building at 1020 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut for $710,000.00. The building is currently occupied by IDG, which has several locations throughout New England. The new owner plans to rehab the building, and divide the space for tenant use. David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in the transaction.

T&E, LLC purchased a +33,832 square foot building at 43 Wordin Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The fully air-conditioned office/industrial building was sold for $900,000. David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in this transaction.

R&R Holdings sold a 25,640 square foot building at 335A Sniffens Lane in Stratford, Connecticut for $800,000.00. The purchaser, Fairfield Woodworkers, is relocating from Norwalk. David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the seller in this transaction.

CMT, LLC purchased a 9,065 square foot building at 26 Poland Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut for $350,000.00. David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in this transaction.

Acryltech, Inc. leased 5,000 square feet of space at 167 Avon Street in Stratford, Connecticut. David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in this transaction.

Attorney Jack Cohane leased 2,000 square feet of space at 883 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut. Attorney Cohane specializes in criminal law, personal injury, real estate and civil litigation. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented Cohane and Terry L. Nelson, also of Colonial Realty, represented the landlord.
