Remarketing Solutions International LLC subleased a 66,400 square foot building located at 5 Connair Road in Orange, CT.  Founded in 1989, Remarketing is an asset manager in the office equipment industry. They primarily serve office equipment manufactures and lessors. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

Opici Wine Distributors purchased a 14,570  square foot building at 210 Old Gate Lane in Milford, CT. Opici Wine is a distributor of fine wines with other distribution facilities in New Jersey and Florida.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the buyer in this transaction.

Centro Company leased 7,200 square feet of space at 265 Asylum Street in Bridgeport, CT.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in this transaction.
