Founded in 1989, Remarketing is an asset manager in the office equipment industry. They primarily serve office equipment manufactures and lessors. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

Opici Wine Distributors purchased a 14,570 square foot building at 210 Old Gate Lane in Milford, CT. Opici Wine is a distributor of fine wines with other distribution facilities in New Jersey and Florida. David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the buyer in this transaction.
