The Robert Hunt Company has purchased a 50,000 square foot modern building on 11 acres of land located at 220 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, Connecticut.  The facility, formerly occupied by Scholastic Books, will be used for the regional headquarters of Pella Windows and Doors.  Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was the sole broker.

Atrium Windows & Doors has recently leased approximately 80,000 square feet at 710 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, Connecticut.  This ultra-modern facility, owned by Reckson Operating Partnership LP is fully equipped with fiber optics and heliport and is within walking distance to hotels, shopping and restaurants.  Colonial Realty exclusively represents the remaining 127,833 square feet of space left within this 450,000 square foot complex.  Joel Hausman and David Gorbach from Colonial Realty were the brokers in this transaction.

USA Deck, Inc., a fabricator of wood decking for Home Depot, has leased 20,000 square feet at 225 Howard Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.

Bobcat of Connecticut has leased 9,500 square feet of space located at 831 Woodend Road in Stratford, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman and Addi Gatenio of Colonial Realty were the sole brokers in this transaction.

107 Ardmore Street, LLC has purchased an 8,400 square foot R&D flex building at 107 Ardmore Street in Fairfield, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the seller in this transaction.
