Colonial Realty Of Fairfield Recently Negotiated Over 302,000 Sq. Ft.Joel Hausman and David S. Gorbach from Colonial Realty of Fairfield have recently negotiated five (5) lease transactions totaling 302,000 square feet. Nadel Industries, LLC a manufacturer for the cosmetic industry has recently leased 82,000 square feet of space for their corporate offices and manufacturing operations at Moffitt Street in Stratford, Connecticut. This transaction included a relocation from New York. Coca Cola has completed a 70,000 square foot built-to-suit on Rado Drive in Naugatuck, Connecticut, for an office and distribution center. KX Industries has renegotiated and expanded into a 100,000 square foot Facility location on Lambert Road in Orange, Connecticut. This facility will be used for their Corporate Headquarters along with R&D and manufacturing operations. The Connecticut Post has leased 38,000 square feet of distribution space at 1785 Stratford Avenue in Stratford, Connecticut. Requa, Inc. has leased 12,000 square feet of manufacturing space at the Bridgeport Trade and Technology Center, located at 540 Barnum Avenue in Bridgeport, CT. Requa, a manufacturer of health and beauty products relocated from Greenwich, CT.
