The property, known as Quinnipiac Gardens, consists of 71 units in multiple two-story buildings. Built in 1960 this property boasts high occupancy in a prime rental location that is poised for significant growth. David S. Three Sixty Sniffens LLC has purchased +7,900 square foot industrial property formerly Drake’s Thrift Store at 590 Lordship Boulevard in Stratford, Connecticut for $740,000.
