Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty Negotiates Over 360,000 Square Feet of Transactions

		Joel Hausman recently negotiated a 127,000 square foot long-term lease at 710 Bridgeport, Avenue, Shelton, Connecticut to Pratt Reed Corporation.  This ultra-modern facility will be used for the Corporate Office and Main Operations for Pratt Reed Corporation.  Joel Hausman was the sole broker in this transaction.
		Joel Hausman recently negotiated the sale of 1155 Railroad Avenue, Bridgeport, Connecticut to 1155 Railroad Avenue LLC.  This +121,000 square foot facility adjacent to I-95 and is poised for redevelopment.  Joel Hausman was the sole broker in this transaction
		PJ Murphy has recently sold their building located at 376 Main Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut to ESM, Inc.  Located very close to I-95, this  +66,000 square foot building is a landmark and will be used for moving and storage.
		Alpha-Core, Inc., has recently purchased a +45,000 square foot modern R&D manufacturing facility on 5 acres of land.  Located at 6 Waterview Drive, Shelton, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman represented the purchaser in this transaction.
