Colonial Realty Of Fairfield Recently Negotiated
Over 400,000 Sq. Ft.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Company recently purchased a 155,000 sq. ft. building at 184 Benton Street in Stratford, CT from Warnaco Inc. Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty represented the purchaser in the transaction. Raymour & Flanigan, a major furniture sales operation, will use the facility as part of their state of the art distribution system.

Stratmar Realty Corp. has sold a 80,000 sq. ft. building located at 1255 West Broad Street, Stratford, CT to 1255 West Broad Street LLC. Joel Hausman and David Gorbach from Colonial Realty were the sole brokers.

Bushwick Steel Company has leased 75,000 sq. ft. from Portfolio Management LLC at 560 North Washington Boulevard in Bridgeport, CT. Joel Hausman was the sole broker in the transaction. Colonial Realty previously sold Bushwick Steel an 115,000 sq. ft. building in the same complex. This lease represents an expansion to 190,000 sq. ft. for Bushwick's corporate offices, storage and distribution operations of structural steel. Colonial Realty is the exclusive leasing agent for the remaining 50,000 sq. ft. in the facility.

Garvin Construction Products, Inc. has opened a 11,000 sq. ft. distribution operation at 222 Universal Drive in North Haven. They are leasing the space from Branco Inc. Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.
