Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty Negotiates Transactions in Excess of $14,000,000

		The City of Bridgeport has recently purchased from Chapin & Bangs +28,000 square feet of building on 6 acres on Evergreen Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  The City will be using this site as the new home of the Bridgeport Animal Shelter.  Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.
		Visual Controls Inc has recently purchased a +146,000 square foot facility on +11.5 acres at 75 Cascade Boulevard in Milford, Connecticut from Smurfit Stone Container.  Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the Purchaser in this sale.
		Mina Foods has purchased from Grainger Inc., a +20,000 square foot building on +3 acres located at 100 Research Drive, Milford, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the Purchaser in this transaction.
		Grainger, Inc., has leased a +40,000 square foot building at 30 Moffitt Street in Stratford, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the Owner in this transaction.
		St. Acquisition Company has leased +35,000 square feet at 500 Long Beach Boulevard, Stratford, Connecticut from   500 Long Beach LLC. Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty represented the Owner in this transaction.
