$14,000,000

The City of Bridgeport has
recently purchased from Chapin & Bangs +28,000
square feet of building on 6 acres on Evergreen Street in
Bridgeport, Connecticut. The City will be using this site as the
new home of the Bridgeport Animal Shelter. Joel Hausman of
Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.
