Zimmer-Hester Furniture Liquidation, Inc.
has leased
approximately 171,000 square feet of warehouse space at 380
Horace Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Zimmer-Hester is
one of the nations largest retailers of fine furniture. David
S. Gorbach, SIOR and Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty were the
sole brokers in this transaction. |
