Zimmer-Hester Furniture Liquidation, Inc. has leased approximately 171,000 square feet of warehouse space at 380 Horace Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Zimmer-Hester is one of the nations largest retailers of fine furniture. David S. Gorbach, SIOR and Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty were the sole brokers in this transaction.

KX Realty has purchased a 137,856 square foot building located at 400 Park Road in Watertown, Connecticut. Joel Hausman represented KX Realty in the transaction.

ATP a manufacturer for the cosmetic industry has expanded their corporate offices and manufacturing operation to 120,000 square feet at 30 Moffitt Street in Stratford, Connecticut. Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was sole broker in the transaction.

1180 Stratford Road, LLC has purchased from the Howell Trust a 25,000 square foot building located at 1180 Stratford Road in Stratford, Connecticut. Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was the sole broker.

Future Industries has leased +19,500 square feet of space at 1400 Honeyspot Road Extension in Stratford, Connecticut. Future Industries sells and services tanning beds for use in salons and health clubs. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty of Fairfield represented the Landlord in this transaction.

American Fiber/US Highway Products Inc., has leased from MK, LLC +18,000 square feet of space at 500 Bostwick Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut. American Fiber is the manufacturer of FiberBrite a product used extensively by federal and municipal government and commercial businesses for outdoor signage. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty represented the Landlord in this transaction.

The Walgreen Company has leased approximately 14,800 square feet of retail space at 1083 Boston Post Road in Milford, Connecticut. Terry L. Nelson of Colonial Realty brokered the land purchase transaction and build-to-suit leaseback to Walgreen’s for United Properties. Terry L. Nelson was the sole broker in this transaction.

JP Heating & Air Conditioning purchased a 6,615 square foot building at 169-171 Bruce Avenue in Stratford, Connecticut for $375,000. JP Heating & Air Conditioning specializes in the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential heating systems. The sole broker in this transaction was David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty in Fairfield.

St. Vincent’s Medical Center leased approximately 6,000 square feet of space at 4600 Main Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. St. Vincent’s will utilize the space for a walk-in medical center. David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.
