Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty Negotiates
+207,000 Square Feet of Transactions

	Joel Hausman has recently negotiated the sale of 157,000 square feet on 11 acres located at 990 Housatonic Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  The City of Bridgeport purchased this property from the PMT Group, Inc. to be used as a central location for the Department of Public Facilities.  Joel Hausman was the sole broker in this transaction.
	Marble and Granite, Inc. has leased approximately 30,000 square feet of space from Old Gate Realty LLC for a distribution operation.  Marble and Granite chose 125 Old Gate Lane, Milford, Connecticut as its regional distribution facility because of its proximity to I-95.  Joel Hausman was the sole broker in this transaction.
	MJ Metal Inc. has recently moved their corporate headquarters and operations to a 20,000 square foot  building located at 201 Hancock Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Joel Hausman from Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.
