Wittek Development purchased a 63,630 square foot building at 160 Avon Street in Stratford, Connecticut.  Wittek Development is a regional development company that specializes in commercial real estate in the Northeast.  Their plans for the building are to divide the space to suit.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR was and Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty were the brokers in the transaction.

New England Technical Institute has leased approximately 31,000 square feet at 8 Progress Drive in Shelton, Connecticut.  NETI is a post-secondary technical school.  The new location will have culinary, electrical and nursing programs.  NETI has several other campuses throughout Connecticut.  David S. Corporate Express has leased 17,000 square feet at 400 Long Beach Road in Stratford, Connecticut. Corporate Express is moving its operations from an owned facility in Stratford to this location.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR was the sole broker in this transaction.

Bob Bridges purchased a 14,000 square foot building at 175 Bennett Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Boys Village will occupy the entire facility.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR represented the purchaser in this transaction.

Walker Construction purchased an 11,685 square foot building at 129 Central Avenue in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Walker Construction's growing business created the need for this larger facility. Confirmed Freight purchased an approximately 5,400 square foot building at 220 Orland Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Confirmed Freight is a specialty-handling freight forwarder for the entertainment and high-tech industries. Confirmed Freight quadrupled their square footage as compared to their previous facility.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.

Heritage Custom Cabinetry purchased a 4,776 square foot building at 170 Herbert Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  Heritage specializes in the production of high-end cabinetry and custom millwork.  David S. Gorbach, SIOR of Colonial Realty was the sole broker in this transaction.
