The Allstate Corporation recently renewed their lease of 113,300 square feet of space at 7, 11 and 17 Bradley Park Road, East Granby, Connecticut. The Allstate Corporation is the nation’s largest publicly held personal lines insurer. Colonial Realty represented the landlord in this transaction.

Westport Honda recently leased 27,430 square feet of space at 176-186 Linwood Avenue, Fairfield, CT. Westport Honda specializes in stellar service while providing the best quality new and certified pre-owned cars to their customers in the tri-state area. Colonial Realty was the sole broker in the transaction.
